Experience level: 10 years of Experience in all aspects of interior designing including budget sheets for commercial buildings, corporate fit-outs, clubhouses and residential projects.

Qualification: Bachelors or master’s degree in architecture/interior design/interior architecture from a reputed institute

Job Requirements (in brief):
  • Execute the full design process, from the initial sketch through the start of production.
  • Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from concept design through construction administration to realize a successful design concept.
  • Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and GFC drawings.
  • Produce mood, material and design presentations required for construction independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Work with design and other consultants to achieve the design intent for the project. Participate in internal and consultant meetings.
  • Train and mentor junior designers.
  • Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
  • Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with the project’s program, budget, and time constraints with checks during execution to ensure alignment with design specifications
Strength areas- Design presentations, space planning, 3ds, detail drawings, technical knowledge, BOQs, analytical skills (quantities, benchmarking & costing analysis) etc.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of software like AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Excel, Word)
Knowledge of Sketchup and rendering software like Vray, Enscape etc
Have knowledge of preparing & checking BOQs and understanding cost parameters for overall project w.r.t. to benchmark projects.


Experience level: 08 – 10 Years of experience in Interior works

Qualification: B.E Civil Engineering 
Location: Bangalore 

Job Requirements (in brief): 
  • Verifying necessary documents related to material receipt, approving material receipt notes. 
  • Allotting the work to the contractor according to schedule or as per site requirement. 
  • Coordinate with our Supervisor/Contractor/Civil Team to achieve planned quantity & building Maintenance work. 
  • Setting up Key Deliverables / Performance Measures for team members and self. 
  • Co-ordinating with Design team for drawing, site constraints, material related issues. 
  • Participating and conducting discussions/ coordinating with other CAMs, contractor for work front/clearance 
  • Preparation of weekly and daily plan to contractors, attending weekly progress review, recording daily actuals against plan. 
  • Ensuring and supporting the CAMs to upload Daily plan vs actual data. 
  • Supporting / Enabling the CAMs and contractor’s representatives in regular update of progress trackers. 
  • Interaction with Design department for extra requirement from Customer, Execution up to Customer’s satisfaction. 
  • Working and inputs on cash-flow, tracker, site progress, MPR, LAP. 
  • Involving in Look ahead planning system, conducting daily plan vs Actual meeting, Preparation and giving input for Look ahead plan, uploading actual documents in database management software. Shall be able to mobilize additional work force, vendors for civil related works.
