  • Conceptualize, Develop, Review & Execute Marketing Plans to meet Sales Volume and profit.
  • Execution of Brand Campaign & Media Plan as per the Brand Strategy.
  • Executing marketing strategies with the help of a cross-functional team.
  • Budget allocation with responsibility to reallocate resources as necessary to track financial goals across brand portfolio.
  • Ensuring delivery based payment to the vendors as per the agreement.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualification – Post Graduate/MBA with marketing specialization.
  • Experience – 8 to 12 years.
  • To execute and supervise the day-to-day entrusted works.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate the same to the concerned.
  • Ensure quality of work delivered by the contractors at site.
  • Understanding the drawings & execution of project
  • Taking Measurements & Quantity estimation Structural / Gutter / Roof sheet work, Concreting, flooring.
  • Overall communication and interaction with Architect, R.C.C. Consultant, Contractors, Staff.
  • Planning & Sequence of works execution, knowledge is essential for completing works on scheduled time, keeping in mind all parameters involved.
  • Execute work at site as per the project plan, Ensure compliance with the safety norms and minimize wastage.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualification – BE / Diploma-Civil.
  • Experience – 5 to 10 years
  • Build and prepare reports to support Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Calendar Management.
  • International and Domestic travel and stay arrangements.
  • Scheduling internal & external meetings.
  • Maintaining Up-to date Filing and Documentation.
  • Should be well versed with MS Office.
