Our green design addresses natural light and ventilation, rainwater harvesting and renewable solar energy. Ample natural lighting decreases the overall energy consumption and the 75% green cover improves cross ventilation, thereby moderating the overall temperature

Vario Homes is a 34- storey residential building. The apartments are designed with innovative flexi-walls. The L-shaped movable wall can convert underutilized spaces into action areas like a private study, a larger party room, and a home theatre just to name a few. Designed by Zachariah Consultants, Vario Homes is a coming together of aesthetics and functional design. The property is also houses an urban forest spread over 1 acre. These progressive layouts and amenities define the future of mid-sized housing in India.

Pinnacle Homes is a 34-storey residential building designed to create the luxury of privacy within the hustle bustle of the city. Every floor has been designed to house just two apartments. Column free living rooms with floor to ceiling windows have been carefully created to provide a sense of larger space for the residents. A 30,000 sq ft private clubhouse, manicured garden and the Olympic size swimming pool bring together an exclusive luxurious living space.

The space is an invigorating mix of art and culture, work and leisure, entertainment, retail, community spaces, residential apartments and office spaces. Integrated with lush green spaces, it is the first step towards smarter, greener cities of tomorrow.

HUB 1 & 2

Location:  Karle Town Centre, Hebbal, Bangalore

The first set of commercial buildings at Karle Town Centre together constitute one million sf. ft and is capable of housing 10,000 employees. The design architects at CRN worked with us to create a unique identity for these 2 buildings through angled façades (fins) that help improve the energy efficiency of the building. With thoughtfully planned window to wall ratios, Hub1 and 2 are a delight for its occupants. Terra Firma carefully planned out the overall landscape for the 2 buildings making nature an integral part of the commercial spaces. 

HUB 4 & 5

Location: Karle Town Centre, Hebbal, Bangalore
Year of completion: Hub 4: 2021, Hub 5: 2024
Total Leasable Area: 2,177,368 sq. ft.

These 2 buildings  have a unique aluminum façade that serves both functional and aesthetic purposes. By working with the leading form and façade design teams at UN Studio and project architects  Venkataramanan Associates  we were able to provide customer centric sustainable buildings. More than 30,000 users will be able to benefit from the carefully designed features. 

THE CUBE

Location: Karle Town Centre, Hebbal, Bangalore
Year of completion: 2021
Total Leasable Area: 211,237 sq. ft

The Cube is a premium office building designed to achieve high efficiency and performance. It comprises of eleven office floors of about 18,000 sq. ft. each serviced by a grand double-height lobby on the ground floor. The façade of the Cube boasts of a well-crafted second skin that is not just environmentally sustainable but also adds glamour and design to the building.

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Year of completion: Upcoming
Total Leasable Area: 5,48,925 sq. ft

This will be a landmark building in Bangalore designed to be a tenacious mix of offices, social spaces and fine dining. The design defies conventions and takes inspiration from the ‘hour-glass’ in creating a timeless edifice. The pinch at the center of the tower, will be an architectural marvel. The vertical forest that scales through the center of the entire building creates a magical juxtaposition of nature and concrete.
