Job Requirements (in brief):  

  • Lead the Planning, sequencing and implementation of Project 
  • In depth knowledge on finishing materials & fixing, finishing details, site management. 
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements. 
  • Implement Quality Control procedures on site. 
  • Supervise contractor work progress on site. 
  • Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents and codes. 
  • Manage resource allocation. 
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction and support to project team. 

Experience level: 3 to 7 years,

Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Contracts Management from any reputed institute.

  • Checking of quotations w.r.t tender document scope & specifications 
  • Due Diligence of new vendors / Contractor / Service providers / consultants 
  • Preparation, check & review of reply to queries received from vendors related to tender document / RFP. 
  • Checking comparative statement commercial & technical & report various changes in conditions & negotiations to bring quotes at same platform. 
  • Preparation of rate analysis for various items 
  • Scrutinize various general & Special terms & condition of contracts 
  • Preparation, check & review of agreement / work order / purchase orders for Contractors/ suppliers / Service providers / consultants

  • Qualifications: B.Arch/ M.Arch with multidisciplinary knowledge with some years of consultancy experience.

Job Requirements (in brief):

  1. The ideal candidate will have worked on residential, commercial, and retail projects.
  2. In general, solid (working) understanding of MEP, Structure, Landscape, etc
  3. Design Management is a core competency.
  4. Management of the design process, coordination of external and internal architects, designers, consultants, contracts, vendors, and so on.
  5. Tracking design deliverables for features of design, by-laws/NBC, and project brief compliance from outsourced architects and consultants.
  6. Review and generate reports to track activities throughout multiple phases, including concept design, schematic design, design development, GFC drawings, real construction, and handover, among others.
  7. Understanding Project Management and being aware of Consultancy Contracts are both important skills to have.
  8. Management and a wide range of topic expertise.
  9. Creative, market-savvy, and knowledgeable about design trends, new methods, and so on.
  10. Exposure to a variety of sectors can be advantageous.
